I know today is Monday, but yesterday our family had a fantastic day, as we usually do on Sundays. We went to Kobe's hibachi house, it was painful expensive but to see the expression on my Lexi's face was priceless. She was so amused and frightened by the hibachi chef she tried holding on to me or Al. The food was ok, i got full very quick. Thereafter, we went to the mall and of course my husband indulged on himself but nevertheless, Sunday's are fun.
Today we are recovering from the weekend and welcoming Monday. Not so bad, the weather is in the 50's, a little chilly, but I am happy its not snowing. Currently, i am making tomato beef stew, its pretty good. I hope this will be a good week, so far, we think it is.
